Their upcoming sophomore album, Il Faut Qu’on Bouge (We’ve Gotta Move), distills themes of humanity, wellness, and mental health. Lyrics tackle issues like fast fashion, body image, rejection of socioeconomic pressures, and the complex relationship between self and others. Studios, the album is set for release on March 21, 2025. 2025 promises to be an exciting year for L’omelette with upcoming Canada-wide tour dates and a new music video collaboration with Calgary photographer Sebastian Buzzalino.
