Divya is a partner in the entertainment, media and sports law group at a Toronto based Bay Street firm called Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, and practices entertainment, corporate, commercial, financial services and intellectual property law. Divya primarily represents film, television and commercial producers, institutional lenders, private financiers, distributors, media and technology start-ups, influencers, content creators, talent, athletes, music artists, talent agencies, management companies, hospitality groups and live entertainment companies. Divya has been a practicing entertainment lawyer since 2014. She has also executive produced various productions, and accordingly, her legal advice to her entertainment clients is informed by industry knowledge, business strategy and pragmatism. Divya is bilingual and practices law in English and French. Divya is particularly passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry and sits on various boards and advisory committees in order to make a real difference.
