Randy led Universal Music Canada as CEO from 1998 - 2015, and was also on the Universal Music Group worldwide management advisory board. During his tenure, he was instrumental in helping to start the careers of Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, Drake, The Weeknd, Jessie Reyez and Alessia Cara. Lennox went on to become president and CEO of Bell Media from 2015–2021 where he presided over a $3.7 B revenue business leading a team of 7800 persons. During his tenure, Lennox partnered with iHeart Média, HBO, Showtime, Vice and Bloomberg and in 2017 built CRAVE into Canada's top subscribing streaming service. Randy is an Officer of the Order of Canada. Lennox is now co-founder and CEO of LOFT Entertainment, a new business venture based on anIP vertical with a strong strategic management component.
