Elle De Lyon is an award-winning creative producer, spoken word music artist, host, and professional speaker who uses the arts as a tool for empowerment, healing, and generational change. As Program Director at RISE Edutainment, she leads culturally-rooted programming that supports BIPOC youth and emerging artists in bridging the gap to professional spaces, providing pathways to artistic development, paid opportunities, and industry access. Through her agency, PDA Global Media, Elle provides grant writing support and creative consulting to artists over 30, helping them build sustainable projects and amplify their voices. She is also the co-founder of Our Crib Uncut and Madewell Productions, both dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities through music, media, and events. Her work has earned her several honors, including the Black Diamond Award (2024), Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch (2023), and the Toronto Arts Foundation Community Arts Award (2023).
