Clothesline From Hell is Toronto multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Adam LaFramboise. His music fuses alternative songs written and performed on acoustic guitar with programmed drums and samples, and the result is imaginative, energetic and colourful. Soon We’ll All Be Smoking is his debut EP and the project features production from Matty Tavares (BADBADNOTGOOD), Josh McIntyre (Prince Innocence, Thermal) and Nate Burley (Young Clancy) and was mixed by Mars Volta member and platinum engineer Lars Stalfors. Inspired by outsider songwriters like Beck and Elliot Smith, the project features production elements that create a genreless energy, something that feels unique but is not pretentious. With Soon We’ll All Be Smoking, Clothesline From Hell is entering a space that feels like it could be his own.
