Ben McKay is a 25-year-old comedian based in Toronto, Ontario. Since starting comedy at 18 years old, his whimsical charm and punchy writing style have been winning over crowds all across Canada. Ben has performed at major festivals, including The Toronto Comedy Festival, Haymaker Comedy Festival, Rusty Nail Comedy Festival, Guelph Comedy Festival, and Hillside Folk Festival. He has also taken the stage multiple times at the prestigious Just For Laughs Toronto festival, featuring in 'The Best of Absolute Comedy' and 'The Best of The Comedy Lab' showcases. Most recently, Ben and fellow comedian Peter Saran received the Toronto Comedy All Stars Grant for their nationwide Double Double Comedy Tour. On the international stage, he successfully completed a 24-show run of his show The Kids of Canada at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022. Ben also produces and performs with Don’t Tell Comedy as well as his own production company The Comedy Wing which puts on shows all across Canada.
